For takeaway restaurants, most calls are typically genuine customer orders. For dine-in restaurants, calls may also include reservations, opening-hour questions, menu enquiries, and other customer requests.
Very short calls, accidental dials, spam, or immediate hang-ups are generally not significant in normal day-to-day usage.
